Rev. Mark Minnick - Senior Pastor
Pastor Mark grew up on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio, (that's right, an Indians, Browns and Cavalier fan. poor guy). He moved to Fort Wayne in 1972 and has been here ever since. After graduating from Concordia College, he spent twenty years manufacturing concrete products. All the while, he was discerning a call to ministry. In 1996, he began seminary at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, Graduating in 2000. His call led him to initiate the unique outreach effort at come2go in 2003.
Rev. Jesse Christopherson - Associate Pastor
Jesse grew up in Leer, Michigan, and attended Jr. High and Sr. High School in nearby Alpena. Upon graduation he attended Alpena Community College for two years, with an emphasis in engineering, and then transferred up to Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI where he earned his BS in Chemical Engineering. Jesse then worked for one year for Wacker Chemical Corporation in Adrian, Michigan, during which he decided to attend Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota and pursue the call to ministry. Jesse did his internship year at Emanuel Lutheran Church in La Habra, California and graduated from Luther in 2009. Jesse has one brother, Sean, who lives in Portland, Oregon. His parents still reside in Leer, Michigan.
Quincy McGhee - Community Outreach Pastor
Pastor Quincy McGhee grew up in Tunica, MS at a time when it was recognized as the poorest county in the continental United States. He relocated to Fort Wayne in 1995 after serving in the U.S. Army Engineer Corps for 5 years. After moving to Fort Wayne Quincy attended ITT Tech and worked for ITT Aerospace Communications Division as a Systems Tester. Upon receiving a call to ministry Quincy received a Biblical Studies Diploma from Liberty University and coursework at Taylor University. His call led him to minister with inner-city youth for 8 years with Fort Wayne Area Youth for Christ; 3 years as Executive Pastor with an inner-city church plant, New Covenant Worship Center. In 2007 Quincy joined the come2go team an currently serves as an Associate Pastor with come2go ministries in the area of Pastoral Care, Urban Youth Mentoring Outreach, and Teacher for adult and student ministries. Quincy and his wife Sharon are proud parents of three children, M. Jamal of Memphis, TN, Corean and Quinton of Fort Wayne, IN.
Jamie Wilhelm - Community & Discipleship
Originally from west Texas, Jamie moved all around the midwest, settling in Fort Wayne as a teenager and making northeast Indiana her family home. Radically discipled through Called to Obedience, Jamie is a child of God who is passionate about experiencing and connecting with Jesus minute–by–minute and day–by–day. She is an author, small business owner, wife and mother of four who has worked in professional development and continuous adult learning for more than 19 years. Jamie comes to c2g with 17 years experience in leadership and administration of a high performance non–profit, the TQM Network. The TQM Network teaches best practices in organizational improvement and performance. Jamie has a long history of volunteer leadership experiences including serving as a Board Member & Coach for NeighborLink Fort Wayne, Networking for Christ, CTO, Northeast Indiana Business Assistance Corp, and many others. Jamie's work has been recognized by both the United States Library of Congress, and the State of Indiana for excellence and innovation. Jamie has been blessed to mentor others over the past nine years using her own difficult and often tragically comical circumstances as examples of what not to do.
